Securities Finance Trust Company is a non-depository trust
company organized in 1996 under the laws of
the State of Maryland. It is subject to regulation
and examination by the State of Maryland Division
of Financial Regulation, in accordance with
the rules and regulations of the Office of
the Comptroller of the Currency of the United
States (“OCC”).
Securities Lending
Services
Securities Finance Trust Company
manages all the operational and administrative
services of eSecLending. All securities lending
activities, including our auction process,
operations and cash management, take place
within the structure of the Trust Company.
Services include:
- Developing,
managing and hosting our online securities
lending auctions
- Completion of all legal
documentation among borrowers, custodians,
lenders and Securities Finance Trust Company
- Daily operation and administration
of our securities lending programs, including
loans, returns, recalls, marks-to-market,
corporate action monitoring and processing,
tracking and movement of collateral,
ongoing credit monitoring of approved
borrowers, monthly reporting, tracking
and calculating guaranteed
exclusive fees
- Cash collateral management
