Since inception, the philosophy of our firm has been to form strategic partnerships with our clients and provide them with the highest levels of service. Our company culture has been one in which we encourage frequent communication with our clients and ensure that they have access to our entire organization so that their requests are met in a timely and thorough manner.

To our knowledge, eSecLending has the highest ratio of client service personnel to clients in the industry. Each client has a dedicated senior relationship manager overseeing all aspects of the client's program activities. The client representative is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of day-to-day service and will ensure that all ongoing administrative services, reporting and analytical needs are identified and delivered to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.

In addition to the senior client manager, all of our clients have the option of requesting an on-site representative who would be intimately familiar with all of the client’s program guidelines. This on-site client service professional would assist in the daily administration of the client’s program, management of the consolidated reporting process, performance of ad-hoc analyses and other tasks as required by each client. This is a differentiated, value-added resource and feature of our program.
