Deborah Isdaner joined eSecLending in August 2014 and is responsible for the strategic and functional strategies of the Human Resources department.  Deborah’s experience in progressive Human Resources began in 2005 and she has worked within the hospitality, real estate and financial fields.  Deborah graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Relations and Policy and earned her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2016.
