Richard Meek joined eSecLending in October, 2025 and is responsible for supporting eSecLending clients’ securities lending programme activities in EMEA. He assists in the ongoing management, compliance, and daily oversight of primarily EMEA-based client programmes. His role includes monitoring revenue and performance metrics, conducting peer benchmarking, tracking revenue run rates, and delivering performance analytics and other programme management information systems (MIS). Richard began his career in financial services in 1989 and entered the securities finance industry in 2004. Prior to joining eSecLending, he spent 25 years at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), where he held various client-facing roles within the Securities Lending group across global locations. Most recently, he was based in London, overseeing the firm’s securities lending clients in Europe. He also held positions at Lloyds Bank Plc and HSBC Bank Plc.
